bug in one of the SBC quests "1 of 3 88+ icon EPP" with 87-rated squad

there's a bug in the latest SBC "1 of 3 ICON ENCORE PLAYER PICK" where the description for the "87-rated squad" quest is incorrect. ultimately you have to put through a squad rated 86 + TOTW. furthermore the entire SBC's description mentions the possibility of landing TOTY cards but when i opened three picks, i only received base cards, including players who should have had TOTYs. is this also a bug, and there are no TOTY cards in the pool to land, even though they are listed as possible, or is the description incorrect, and TOTY cards weren't supposed to be mentioned? i did three of them.
