Bug on the market

I completed the 'Time to Explore' objective, which unlocks the market, but a bug appears saying: 'You have exceeded the limit of actions/transfers, come back in 1 day and 23 hours.' The thing is, I’ve never used the market, not even on the web app. This is unacceptable.
