Issues on my account

Two problems I'd like someone at EA to fix soon:

• I need div rivals to go to 20 or even 30 divisions. The level in div 9 is too high, I lost 25 games in a row. Maybe you could get a room with cats that walk on controllers and this could be the opponent for folks who suck like me.
• I know you have to say that it's not true, but could you remove my account of the blacklist for good cards in pack? Just do it, uncheck the box, you don't need to tell anyone, it will be our secret.
