Bug with my account

Hi there so I’ve opened multiple packs on my account and I can’t seem to get a walkout or anything on my account I obviously understand there’s a bug and can be easily fixed so if yous don’t mind fixing this for me I would appreciate it just please don’t let it happen again thanks also compensation would be greatly appreciated Thankyou
