Bugged pack 82+x10

I just packed theo hernandez but i didn’t get his thunderstruck promo card instead i got his gold card

Looks like he wasn't in packs when you packed him.

Bugs!!
My SBC for 3x85+ did not reset yesterday! It showed completed. Game stopped working 2 times during last 7 squad battles. I won both and it just stopped!! Got 0 points. My packs are worst for last 3 ...
