Camera bug

I was playing fut champs when my opponent paused the game, and i couldn’t even see the gameplay after the pause. my camera angle was facing bench and my opponent went on to win the game. stupid game with bugs all over, there goes my champs rewards. pic as attached, EA please do something about this and compensate me
