Can’t Access Ultimate Team (Temporary Lock)

Hello,

I apologize for posting in Turkish earlier.

I am playing on PS5 and while I was in a match, I accidentally switched users (profiles) multiple times.

After that, I can no longer access Ultimate Team and I receive a connection error.

I have not violated any rules, transferred coins, or used any third-party software.

I believe this is a temporary security lock.

I kindly ask if my account can be reviewed and my Ultimate Team access restored.
