Can’t login to ultimate team

I was playing ultimate gauntlet 9 when I disconnected due to issues, i played a few games after that, and then dc’d again due to the same. After that, when game three ended, it just booted me back to the server.

I tried to quit out, and get kicked due to inactivity and it still booted me out of ultimate team. I tried to close the game after and now I cannot login to UT. 

I also cannot login to the companion app as it says that I’m signed into another device. 

I tried to force logout as well by removing my ps5 from ea trusted devices, that didnt work and it now isnt even showing me my season pass progress in the lobby.
