I have been unable to access my FUT Transfer Market since some days now. Last I did was sold TOTS Haaland and Alexia however since then it’s not working. I checked my emails and found out that I have been blocked which I don’t know why. I tried talking to EA but only what I’m getting is automated responses which are so disheartening and makes me feel there is no one to actually listen to the issues I’m facing. In the email it’s mentioned that I was a part of coin distribution but I genuinely wasn’t. It’s very normal for players to place players on high prices and that’s what I was doing, re-listing until someone buys it, like I have done with sooooo many cards in the past. Can someone explain to me how my players tend to spread out defensively no matter the player that I use or have used I believe most of the strategies. On defense Inside the Box my bot players will just kind of wander around and leave lots of open space. The answer I'm expecting is that happens to everybody but it certainly doesn't happen to my benefit against opponents. Is there something I'm not doing? Second question, why does it seem like most of the players I play against have players going on runs and as soon as I call an offside trap they turn around and get right back on side? Hi EA Support Team, I am writing to report a persistent, critical issue with EA FC Ultimate Team that I have been facing for the past 6 years from Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. Please note that I have repeatedly contacted official support regarding this issue, but I rarely receive any helpful response or solution. My connection metrics are mathematically perfect: Ping: Stable at 24-25ms (to Bahrain servers). Jitter: Less than 1.5ms. Packet Loss: 0.00% - 0.01%. EA Connection Quality Score: 96/100 (Excellent). Mode Comparison: Non-FUT modes like "Seasons" run perfectly smooth. Despite this flawless local network, my experience inside FUT (Champions/Rivals) is constantly plagued by severe, heavy, mud-like gameplay delay (Input Lag). It is clear that the issue is on the server-side processing/routing or severe server overload during peak times. As a loyal player for 6 years, playing under these conditions and being ignored by support is highly frustrating. Please escalate this to your senior network/server engineers to look into the routing configuration and server load management for the Western Region of Saudi Arabia. Hello everyone, I’m having an issue with the FC Hub in EA Sports FC and I wanted to know if anyone else is experiencing the same problem. The FC Hub points are not working for me at all. When I complete objectives, the points do not appear anywhere, and I’m not receiving any rewards either. The FC Hub section also doesn’t open properly for me. I’ve attached screenshots below. Hello, For the last 4 to 5 days, I am not being able to connect to Ultimate Team in EA FC 26. I did not receive any ban, rather was facing an issue with the round 4 match of the Gaunlet event. I won and lost it many times by playing full 90 mins, but the match did not register, and every time I was stuck playing with the same team without any progress. Then on the 7th or 8th attempt I intentionally disconnected my internet connection in the first minute of the match in an attempt to fix the bug, but right after that I have been receiving this message. I tried logging in through my friend's PS5, it didnt work. I can connect to ultimate team with my secondary account through my PS5. So, it is clearly not my machine issue. I am playing pro club, online seasons, etc. smoothly, but cant connect to Ultimate Team. I sincerely seek your supprt in fixing the problem. EA, it's post TOTS and how's there no optimization for PC yet? How's the game goes from 120 to 91 midgame while freaking playing? Do y'all want more money to produce a proper game? Why is this even an issue? How much of a high end PC should I use to get a proper gameplay? I'm already playing in an arguably a better PC than most and I'm still not getting a proper optimization? I am unable to complete my 4th game of gauntlet. All other game modes work fine. I am on xbox series X, i have tried many things: deleted all squads, deleted locally saved data but every time I complete the 4th game an error pops up kicking me out of UT. I have found that the players I used in the 1st game of gauntlet do not have a red circle against them looking like they are available for the 4th game. So it looks like something like a glitch has occurred and when the game completes something doesnt sync right and kicks me out. I have tried playing with all bronzes, silvers etc on the last game but I still get kicked out. I love this game mode. The rewards for it are good too but i am missing out.
