Can’t SAVE Squad / Sell players /OR Find games

I was playing my division rivals games this morning before rivals rewards dropped. As soon as I got my rewards my game glitched out and when trying to search for a match it’s told me there is no competition. After this, I tried to change formation and sell one of my players, it would not let me change formation or save my squad or sell my player even though they weren’t in my active squad. I switched over to the Companion app to see if this was still the problem a few hours later and it was. I’m confused why I can’t save my squads that I make and they’re tactics and also can’t sell players it won’t even let me find a game I have updated FC 26 and everything is all up-to-date, but still cannot do anything please help is my account glitched?
