I get some people do the wrong thing - but this approach is guilty until proven innocent - the complete opposite to what it should be. I would have to have bought easy over 50 EA titles over the years for my self - now I have to buy my kids games. I can honestly say this treatment will stop me buying more!! I don’t want favours for my loyalty - I just don’t want to be accused of something I didn’t do then basically told I am lying by refusing appeals . They do not value their customers that is for sure
vegasrollers Agreed. The money they won't refund is easily made up for by not buying any games from them in the future. I will just skip EA titles I would otherwise buy for the duration and amount it takes to make up for my loss. What cannot be done without some change in their policies is to make up for the disrespect and mistreatment after the false accusations. I can accept that a bot makes a mistake and flags my account. I cannot accept that multiple so called human reviews just repeats the claim that the bot was right, without even hinting at what the specific accusation is or what the evidence is. I will not ever buy a live service game from EA until I get an assurance that this practice is improved.
