Cannot Complete Gauntlet!

I got on around content time to play my gauntlet games, only to realize that I had been given -1 entries instead of the normal 2 entries per day. I needed 2 more wins in my 6 games to get all the objectives completed, but I can't seem to do that now. Also, EA seem to have removed their live chat feature from their help section, so there seems to be no solution to my issue.
