CANNOT connect to ultimate team, purchased pre-order and EA play

I purchased the pre-order FC 26, as well as EA play. I have been UNABLE to connect to ultimate team since the early launch. I continue to receive an error message. I have gone through all the steps of rebooting the game the router, my PS4. I even deleted FC 26 and reinstalled it, but nothing has worked.

When will this be fixed?
Should I expect to receive a refund for all of the costs?
Is there ABUNDANT compensation plan for this?
