CANT PLAY THE GAME I PAYED FOR!!!

I am on PS5 and I’m stuck in a cycle of forever loading screens from the start of launching the game to trying to opening ultimate team. It just freezes the screen with the loading icon for 3-5 mins then says failed connection. Then restart and repeat for 20-30 mins and then I am finally able to access ultimate team. However if I try to access any menu or just try and change tabs I have like 30  secs before the game freezes goes into a loading screen and I get disconnected and then repeat. I haven’t been able to play the game I played extra money for this kind of access. Not just the preorder but also the trial. PlayStation says I have a playtime of 4 hours but haven’t been able to play for more than 30 secs. I’ve tried everything from restarting, restoring license, to deleting and reinstalling and nothing has changed. NEED HELP BECAUSE IM NOT ALLOWED TO PLAY THE GAME I PAID FOR!!!

  • This has been happening since fc25 and they still haven't fixed it. I am near Dallas and it's been like this all day yesterday for me and my friends 

  • Gave a friend my details, was able to log into the web app and on his console, just seems to be either my console or network or something but everyone except ultimate team works

    And the live chat takes forever on EaHelp, can’t find any solution.. this is embarrassing
