Cant play ultimate team ps5

I need a refund or something, i paid extra for early access and I haven’t been able to play, im frustrated and it cant be possible we paid extra for an early access and we can’t play, so basically paid to have the game in the library and loding trying to get in UT but it doesnt work. It honestly sucks
