Cant unlock transfer market

At first it was all good and I was doing the quests but then I got to the foundations evo where you have to do the one with intro rewards but the. During the game the player that I needed for the quests got a red card in game and then I accidentally quick sold him, later when I got him back through your website the intro to rewards quest is gone and now it’s impossible for me to unlock transfer market. Please help me
