Champions Disconnection issue

Today, I was playing Champions in Ultimate Team and won a match, but after the game ended, my screen froze and got stuck on the loading screen. I waited 20–30 minutes for it to return to normal, but nothing happened. Eventually, I had to close the game and reopen it, only to see that the win did not count and was instead recorded as a disconnect.

This has been happening to me consistently every week for the last 4–6 weeks. Because of this issue, I am effectively receiving 2–3 extra losses every week, despite winning those matches.

At this point, I am seriously considering quitting FC permanently because I have no one to ask for help, and this issue keeps repeating.

It is extremely frustrating to spend all that time playing a full match, win fairly, and then end up with a loss due to a technical issue. It feels like I am wasting my time and energy on something completely pointless.

I would appreciate your help in resolving this issue, as it is having a major negative impact on my experience with the game.
