Champs Disconnect After Match after i won the match

Hi, I was playing FUT Champions in EA SPORTS FC 26. After the match ended and the result screen appeared, I got disconnected due to a server issue. I won the match, but I received a disconnect warning and the result did not count. This has happened multiple times and it is very frustrating. Please investigate this issue as it is clearly a server-side problem. Thank you.
