"Hello EA Help team,

I am writing because I am unable to connect to the EA servers in FC (Ultimate Team/Clubs). Every time I try to log in, I receive the error message: 'Connection to EA servers is lost.'

Before this happened, I received an email stating that my account avatar was reset due to a violation of the Positive Play Charter. I understand the action taken regarding the avatar, but now I cannot access any online features of the game at all.

Could you please check if there is a temporary ban or a technical restriction on my account that prevents me from connecting to the servers?
