Banned for nothing

It sounds like you've already gone ahead and submitted an appeal. If you've followed these steps, you're on the right track!

To shed some light on why you're not being told why the ban was applied, the team does not disclose the reason(s) that triggered the account action to prevent that information from being used to cheat undetected. While that may not be your intention, we apply this across the board to be on the safe side. 

Please rest assured that your case is reviewed by a team of humans. Once the team has updates for your case, they will reach out to you through email. In the meantime, you can keep an eye on the status of the appeal(s) on your case history page. If the status is Transferred or Waiting on Studio, then the appeal is still under review and has been passed along to the right team. You dont tell reason beacuse THERE IS NO REASON. I never cheated or anything. And for my appeal i reveived same auto-generated answer again and again till my case was closed. NOONE cares that i was banned for nothing because this complany dont care. ea can ban ANYONE for no reason and blame it that they cant give reason. Maybe i won game in FUT champions against ea employee and he was mad so he banned me? I would give up if there would be at least 1% chance that i cheated in any way. Thats just pure scam. Ban without ANY reason. If i steal my hundreds of $ and thousands of hours spent on this game at least give me a reason of that...

Sorry to hear that your previous case has been closed. When appeals are declined, it means the ToS team found evidence supporting the violation that warranted the account action. I'd recommend reviewing the FC 26 Rules and, if possible, providing evidence to support your innocence based on that. 

Despite similar responses, each appeal submitted is reviewed by a different advisor, who carefully examines the facts of the case. And while we completely understand why you'd want to know what triggered the ban, we cannot share the reason(s) behind it to prevent that information from being misused. 

Again, keep an eye on your case history to see the status of the appeal(s) and try not to resume appeal(s) to avoid additional delays. Thanks for understanding! 

Again same lie - you can`t tell the reason because THERE IS NO REASON! I read rules twice and I didn`t do anything even close to break any of the rules. "found evidence"? i found evidence that you stole 20.000$ from me. Now give it back without any proofs! I cant give you any proofs because you may misused this information to steam more money from me or other people. Now you understand how stupid your explanation is? Why you even lie that my case was reviewed if we both know that i just get automatic respond, nothing else. I NEVER CHEATED IN ANY GAME! I was banned without ANY reason and noone can even do something about it or admit that your system failed. But no surprise remembering how many bugs, mistakes etc was in this game past few last years. I would give up if i would know that i did something bad but i didnt. I will take proofs of how you dont care about fair players, how you rob anyone, how you can treat people how spend so much money and time in your game and i will give it to every influencer i can.
