Coin distribution ban

I was banned January 29th and I have probably made like 10 appeals don’t ever use the transfer market anyways but 4 days before my ban my account got logged into while I was playing from someone in Brazil at the time I had my full name and stuff as my ea account so I guessing that might be why I since changed it and changed my password word I think that might’ve set off the ban but every appeal they seem not to care can we get a actual human to look at my appeals I’ll load a screenshot with the person from Brazil logging into my account! I use to play on Xbox so I didn’t know my first and last name were my ea account id at the time when I switched from Xbox to PC I just wanna be able to play the game again
