    Hi there. I'm sorry to say, we're not able to help with banned accounts over the EA Forums. The best I can advise is to submit a dispute so that ToS can investigate this. Instructions for disputing can be found in this article. Thanks!

We're not able to assist with banned accounts over the EA Forums. Again, I recommend you submit a dispute so that Terms of Service can review the sanction.
