Companion App Hub

I'm probably doing something wrong but though I'd mention it here and find out.

Every time that I go on to the app, the Hub is locked. I have looked online and followed all suggestions like making sure I am signed out if Ultimate Team on console, restarting the app, clearing cache etc. I have attached a screenshot of the Hub being locked if that helps at all.

Any help would be appreciated 🙂

    Hey there. If this is a new account, please try playing a few matches first so your SP progress can update. You can also refresh the page a few times. If it still doesn’t show correctly, log out, wait at least 30 minutes, then sign back in and check again.

    Thanks for the reply. I got this years game late but have been playing regularly for a couple of weeks and seems to keep being locked. I will try logging out of the Companion App completely and leave it for a while before trying again.

    Just to confirm — the Season Pass is still showing as available in-game for you, and you can play games in all game modes, right?
