companion app sbc bug

I lost mbbape into the sbc because the companion app is bugged, i used squad builder and after that the app automatically submitted the squad without me clicking any submit or confirmation button, and this can’t be reversed like the quick sell recover thing so i just lost my mbappe because the game is bugged. I tried to talk to support and all they said was that “it’s nothing we can do”, how is that so? is nothing you can do when a error you created steal my top players? This is not ok at all and i am sure there are a lot more people then me that had this issue.
