completed win-streak challenges in Rivals only to receive no rewards

Hi guys!

Twice now I’ve been robbed of a Rivals game challenge reward. When on a win-streak they give you a chance to win a pack or player pick in exchange for completing the match in a certain way. (e.g. use a TOTW player in your starting 11 or score the last goal of the game). 

Both of these examples I listed, I completed, only to find a red “X” by the challenge after the game instead of a green tick. ✅ 

One of the rewards was an 82+ player pick which at this stage of the game is quite an important reward, and it feels so unfair and like a complete waste of time to grind for something only to be robbed of a promised reward. 

Has anyone else encountered this and EA, is there anything that can be done?
