Not being able to connect to UT from day 1 of the early release. Horrible customer support. It does not exist whatsoever. A lot of people in the US with same issue.

I am in Oklahoma man and I've had the exact same issue. I still can't get in the game, and still can not get anyone to actually respond to me from EA that doesn't seem AI and it's beyond frustrating at this point.
Yeah same issue in Dallas, have been dealing with customer support as well for the last three days, after finally talking with a person via chat they told me to wait.
They have no idea how to fix it! So they just don’t say anything. The right thing to do is tell us you have no idea what the problem is and not sure when it will be fixed!! We will take that over 11 days of NOTHING!!!
