Currently There is no active Divison Rivals competition

i keep getting this message whenever i try to queue for rivals, its been like this for two days, please fix it asap abd compensate accordingly, im missing out on progress because of this. PLEASE COMPENSATE i paid for the ultimate edition.

I've seen people struggling with the same issue for about a week now and already missed rivals rewards, are we just not gonna be able to play the game anymore? or will it be fixed and compensated for rewards? THIS NEEDS YOUR ATTENTION IMMEDIATELYT
