Controller STILL unresponsive after v1.0.2 - Especially in DR/Champs!

Hey everyone, Is anyone else still having major controller issues after the latest update? The patch notes mentioned improvements, but I'm still getting random input drops during Division Rivals and Champions games. It's making competitive play almost impossible. My controller just stops working for a second or two at critical moments. I've already updated the controller firmware, but it didn't help.
