Cosmetic hero bug?

So I put Robbie Keane through the hero cosmetic evo and then the captain cosmetic. He has now lost chemistry links to Irish players. If I put a different irish captain Irish card in it gives the chemistry but Keane does not. 

For example I have Parrot with cornerstones Evo and Irish manager. 2 chem. add Collins captain card. Parrot full chem. 

if I take him out and put Keane in with captain cosmetic it adds no Irish chem to parrot  

when I build squad online with parrot and Keane with captain cosmetic he gets full chem  

I think the original cosmetic I added has broken the links and they have not come back  

anyone had this issue?
