Did Not Receive Early Access Rewards

Today is September 20th, and I still haven’t received any of my EA Sports FC 26 Early Access rewards. According to your official information, the bonus packs and rewards should have been available, but they never appeared in my account.

I also didn’t get the Season 1 Premium Pass

Could you please check my account and fix this issue?
