Didnt get my last 2000 fc points of the ultimate edition !

I bought the ultimate edition in september and got 2000 fc points first then another 2000 fc points on october. Then i stopped playing in November and came back in december. Poeple got their last 200...

Hello! I only received 2,000 FIFA Points. I was unable to receive the remaining FIFA Points that I should have received. Additionally, I purchased the Ultimate Edition but did not receive the Ibrahimović Icon card. I kindly request assistance regarding this matter.
