Didn't get my last 4000 fc points of the ultimate edition !

Hello EA Support Team, regarding the FC 26 Ultimate Edition that I pre-ordered, only 2,000 of the 6,000 FIFA Points I was supposed to receive have been credited to my account. I still have not received the remaining 4,000 FIFA Points. I kindly request your support on this matter.
