disconnection bug
i started a game of rivals, soon as it loaded the disconnection warning popped up and stayed there the whole game i played it but lost because alls i could see was a box so i lost my streak, i reload...

Community ManagerHi there. Thanks for reaching out. Let's see if a power cycle of your equipment will help with this. Please follow these steps:
- Unplug your modem/router for 2 minutes
- Hard restart your console by holding down the power button until it turns off
- Power it all up and try playing again

no this was fine as i say the issue was a disconnection warning that would not come of the screen, which interrupted game play as i couldn’t see half of the screen it caused me to loose my streak and then when i was reloading and into another game the same thing would happen

Do you still have that message on screen or did it eventually go away? Unfortunately, we're not able to do anything about that match.
