Draft Issue

I was playing a draft and i won the 1st match then i entered the 2nd match my opponent was afk then when i took tha ball and was scoring a goal the game disconnected me and the game didn't kick me out of ultimate team it kicked me tho the ultimate team on the draft so how is this possible??? and i entered with fifa points, then i enetered again same thing happened in match 2 after i won the 1st one what is this, how and why I need explanation, I played couple of rivals and the tourney and everything is fine and my internet is suer fast and in a lan cable. MY 600 FIFA POINTS, I LOST THEM WHYYYYY, I need compensation and an explanation. As I was playing all kinds of game modes in ultimate team for 6+ hours and suddenly drafts disconnected me from the 2nd game twice, and I won the 1st game twice.

A disconnect does not mean that your internet is down yysultan can simply be that you did not have the bandwidth to continue.

It's not that your internet is the problem. So stop solving this like that is the issue. It's clearly because of cheaters manipulating the packs from draft. Had the same problem in final. Got into the game and it disconnected me. Never happens but when you meat a cheater they do because it gives them the win. EA clearly has not fixed this problem.

Same for me, I was winning after first half 6-2 my opponent left and I also received lose like 0-3, its not normal at all..

That’s just an excuse and you guys know that. He is clearly a victim of hackers who kick people out of games to claim the online draft rewards without having to play. That is not okay and should be a priority to be solved because people spend money to buy fc points and it gets thrown away because of hackers. We are tired of loosing money and coins. it shouldn’t be that hard to control this kind of exploits

THIS HAPPENED AGAIN IN 1 OTHER DRAFT NOW THAT'S 3 DRAFTS IN THE DRAIN I WANT MY DRAFTS BACK AS A REFUND OR POINTS, I don't even buy points on your broke game they were the pre-order points. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE
