Draft Mode Disconnection Issue

I would like to report an issue I have experienced multiple times in Draft Mode. On four separate occasions, I was disconnected by the opponent — three times in the first round and once in the final. This has negatively affected my experience and progress in Draft Mode.

I kindly request that you investigate these disconnections, take appropriate action against players exploiting the system, and consider reimbursing me with either FC Points or Draft Tokens for the entries I lost due to these incidents.

    Games disconnected me 3 times now during single player beginner draft  waits till the end of the game then hits me with some crap and kicks me to have taken a loss due to d.c

    its embarasing that they still didnt even reply to you and always when there is a problem they are just in silence..... i dont care so much if bug is on rivals or something but online draft we pay with tokens and countless times i got disconnect from no reason and rewards wait for me... even if i am wining

    Same here, I talked to multiple support agents and they all just had the same **bleep** to say. COPY PASTE AI type nonsense and claim it isn't their fault. Still awaiting my draft token after spending 300 fifa points just to be disconnected after first match was over.
