EA – WHERE ARE MY PREMIUM SEASON REWARDS?

When I logged into Ultimate Team after Season 6 launched, the game notified me that I had unclaimed Season 5 rewards. The Season 5 reward track appeared showing multiple rewards including Electrum packs and 96+ France player picks from the Premium Season Pass.

I selected the first reward and the interface immediately closed. The rest of the rewards disappeared.

They are not in My Packs, Unassigned, or my Club.

These were Premium Season Pass rewards tied to paid content. I paid for the game, FC Points, and the Premium Season Pass. The rewards should be fully traceable in my account logs.

EA support told me the problem was that I "did not claim the rewards." That is not accurate. The claim interface closed before the rewards could be redeemed.

EA needs to investigate this and restore the missing rewards.

Right now it feels like paying customers are simply being ignored. Are EA going to resolve this properly, or is this just how missing paid rewards are handled?
