EA and its lack of customer support is terrible
It's been the third day since I tried to get EA's help for a FUT Champs match where the game glitched out with error code CE-108255-1. I was winning the game with 4-1. The opponent pressed start and that happened.
Of course, all I want is to get proper compensation, which one deserves if a product bought does not live up to expectations. After all, I bought the game to play matches and earn rewards, if EA fails to live up to that, it fails to provide the product it claims to be selling. Like buying a washing machine with supposed Wi-Fi connectivity that struggles to connect to your Wi-Fi. Now, in the last case, you could probably get in contact with some customer service helping you out.
However, EA's customer service is as unavailable as the hottest chick on a night out is to the biggest nerd on the edge of the dance floor.
I finally managed to get to a live chat with a friendly guy called Abishek. But all he could do is absolutely nothing after I told him that either I want to be compensated for that extra win or a total refund for the game because it is not living up to its expectations and I am done with it.
I know it's a small concern, but it's crazy how EA has as much customer support as the Netherlands has mountains.
