Ea can’t process your request at this time

I was playing champs on fifa and was one win off completing my champions excellence objective. I ended up winning the game but as I loaded out I got a random error code saying ea can’t process my request at this time. I tried to talk to the live chat help but they said there is absolutely nothing they can do which is so unfortunate and coincidental because it was the only win I needed and it for some reason error coded me as I was loading back into the lobby which resulted in me taking a loss
