Community ManagerHi there. Thanks for letting us know about your case not being responded to. Please try opening a new one so you can get in touch with an advisor. They can check on the status of it. To do that, use the 'Contact us' button at the bottom of this page. However, don't submit another dispute. That will just go to Terms of Service for review. You need to speak with an advisor so they can look into the current status.
Maybe I should’ve also included that part. I did contact an “advisor” approximately 3 weeks after opening my dispute. They told me there is nothing they can do and I would just need to let it run its course. Also, when I told them the status I saw on the dispute, prior to being in studio, they said that was a good thing.
