@EA first gameplay stream rewards are not claimable

Hi,

Im still unable to claim The rewards.

I did everything according to instructions and My EA account still shows as linked in My YouTube account. I watched over 60min while being abroad using my Mobile bandwith and i would like to be able to claim The rewards but The objective still doesnt register.

Help please?
