Ea fix your game

I was playing the RTTF TOURNAMENT I HAVE 8 wins and 5 losses I quit one game a 0-0 so it didn’t count as played I had two matches remaining and I had to play them both in order to unlock the campion tournament i changed from to ps5 to ps4 I played the match and it didn’t count it now I cannot unlock the tournament
