Ea play pro, didn't recieve FC points ?

Hello, I bought ea play pro at the first month of EA FC 26 and got 4000 fp total. One in september, and one in october. Then, I canceled my ea play pro subscription. Today I bought ea play pro once again but it didn't give me another 2000 fp. Is this normal or is it an abnormality. Also, if there won't be any fp points that will given, can I refund my subscription.
