Ea servers

Can someone help me fixing my server problems?

How can i fix it ? It keeps saying servers are not available, and if I'm in ultimate team the game menu is so slow.... always loading and loading.

Restart the game doesn't help ... i tried a lot of things but this game is stil not playable.
