Ea transfer market

 I was not on my account for. A full two weeks and someone has found my details and being buying coins but it was not me. Either way it was suppose to be. A warning but after another 2 weeks no transfer market? Isn’t a warning only suppose to be 3-4 days just need help any way anyway could help with this.
