Ea transfermarket ban.

26th of march, got banned for coin distribution.

31st of march, got unbanned.

4th of april, got banned for coin distribution again “permanent account ban”

after many EA tickets, constantly denied i wrote an registered letter too the ea HeadQuarters, i seen more of my fellow legit players getting banned on here lately and wanted too speak up about what is happening here. (keep in mind i have never taken part in coin distribution) i am a unknown top 100 trader, yes i make millions of coins every week by legitimately trading, sniping and flipping cards. which is what the transfermarket is for. i have already given up my hope to get my account unbanned but ea please, step up speak too the players and actually try too understand were YOU guys went wrong. i feel like there is more legit traders getting banned than actual coin buyers/sellers.

it is honestly shocking and it hurts as a gamer, who does nothing wrong but trying to have fun.

  • Hey NickzyNL12 actions taken on your account can be frustrating, and I understand how the process is taxing, especially when you have gone through it before but unfortunately, we on the forums can't directly deal with your ban due to privacy and security concerns.

We are not able to discuss a ban with you or give details on why a ban was placed or an appeal rejected, and our inability to verify account ownership with you on the forum means that we can direct you to the right support.

What we can do is recommend that you appeal the ban by following the steps in this help article

A member of the team reviews your appeal and will make a decision based on all the information at hand. The replies you receive are not automated; the team uses templates to ensure uniformity.

If your appeal has been declined, then it means that the investigation found evidence to uphold the ban. The team will take all the evidence and info you provide into consideration when making this decision. So it is best to be as clear and precise as you can be and include all relevant info on why you believe a mistake was made.

If you believe a mistake was made, then you can file another appeal, providing all the information you have.

Whatever system EA are using for detecting illegal activities is failing because innocent legitimate players are being punished without any valid reason. EA what you are doing to us is illegal, you guys are the ones doing wrong things

i did indeed receive a response, yesterday they told me the ban would be upheld. even tho i didn’t do anything wrong, no one gave me any clear explanation on what i did wrong. they just point me to the rules like i haven’t re-read them 10 times to find any probable cause on where i made a mistake. but i think instead of finding “mistakes” that we made they should find the mistakes EA are making.

Sorry to hear this happened to you as well, EA do not even provide guidelines on how to use the transfer market.

What is the point of having a transfer market if all we are going to get for using it in a 100% legitimate way is our coins wiped and bans for doing nothing wrong.

It seems that everyday there are more of us getting like criminals when we have done nothing wrong.

Did you receive any response from HQ?
