Ea, what you are doing is inexcusable

Hi EA Support,

I'm reaching out here because I honestly don't know what else to do. 

About two weeks ago, my account was banned from accessing the transfer market in this year's EA title. Since then, I've submitted five appeals, each one met with the same standard response - that my case has been "thoroughly investigated." I've been honest in every appeal: I admitted to something that, as I now understand, violated your Terms of Service. But at the time, I genuinely didn't know.

To clarify, my friend and I had been doing small wagers - playing each other and sending a few coins to the winner. We only transferred twice between our accounts. Both of us have also spent a considerable amount of money on FC Points - around £500 each. While he's already given up, I'm not ready to.

What frustrates me most is this: your support site says that I should have received two warning before the ban. I never got as single on. I'm online every day, and if I had received a waning, I would've immediately stopped. Instead, I was just banned. My friend, on the other hand, did receive a warning - but only on the same day as his ban was issued. My penalty history also says a warning was sent (see attached), but again, I never received it.

I've been a long-time fan of this game, and was finally enjoying it again because my friend was playing too. That experience has now been cut short. I'm writing here in the hope of someone who actually understands the system can take a closer look at this and maybe give me real information - not just another copy-paste response.

To top it off, the last reply I received was in Spanish, which honestly just adds insult to injury. Please treat your players and customers with the respect we deserve.
