Error

Hello,  
I am playing EA FC 26 on PC, and I have not been able to properly access or play Ultimate Team for almost three weeks after the latest update. Also, the game was unstable and unplayable for about 10 days after launch.

This ongoing issue has prevented me from enjoying the main online game mode I paid for. As a customer, I believe I deserve a refund or appropriate compensation, since the product is not functioning as expected on PC.

Please investigate my case and provide a solution.
