Evo glitch

I am doing the Undead Lion evolution, I have scored 3 goals many times and it is not registering. It will show in match that it has been completed but when I go to the evo page to upgrade it to the next level it shows I still need to score goals. I have restarted my the game, played multiple games and scored many goals. Any ideas on how to fix this issue. Thanks
