[EVO] World Tour Silver Stars Icons

Hey guys, started playing back recently and got an evo from season pass for these "World Tour Silver Stars Icons" but I don't have any card to use it on... Is there any chance of getting it or is it just a waste of EVO for new players starting since this new Season Pass?
