I also checked quick sell recovery, but have not accidentally quick sold him. So SBC is the only option, but I'm pretty sure I would've noticed if I accidentally put a high rated evo card into an SBC. I usually only use golds anyway for all SBC squads except for 90+ rated squads (and if there's promo cards in SBC storage).
